Agency/Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job in Holyoke, MA

Holyoke, MA is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is responsible for a variety of tasks in a Long Term Care facility.  Being able to think quickly and communicate effectively is needed.  Professionalism and dependability for shift is required.

Assignment details:

• 13 week assignments with opportunities of extensions
• Full time hours each week - 40 hours
• 8 hour shifts available - Days, Evenings and Nights
• EOW required (Every Other Weekend)
• 1/2 year of prior experience required.

Educational Requirements

• Active LPN License - State of Massachusetts (or compact)
• Current Basic Life Support/ BLS Certificate by American Heart Association / AHA
