Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 medical support for a medically fragile 4th-grade student. While the student is ambulatory, they require full-day LPN support for medical needs, including ventilator/trach care, G-tube assistance, toileting, feeding schedule management, and suctioning.
