We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 School RN to provide individualized medical support for a student in Medford, MA. This role involves working closely with the student, school staff, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • ASAP - EOSY (June 17th 2025) 
  • Full-Time
  • Working with an 11th grade student 1:1
  • Assisting with trach care and feeding tubes 
  • Student attends school out of district (bus riding is required)

    Requirements:

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Previous pediatric or school nursing experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care in a school setting.
