Join Our Team as a 1:1 School Nurse in Massachusetts!

Position Details:

  • Role: School Nurse (RN)
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 35-37.5 hours per week
  • Duration: ASAP - June 27, 2025
  • Location: Begin and end at the student’s home in Waltham, MA; accompany the student on the bus and remain with them throughout the school day.

    Student Profile:

  • Diagnosed with CHARGE Syndrome
  • Medical Needs:
  • Bilateral optic nerve colobomas
  • Brainstem and cerebellar dysplasia
  • Choanal atresia
  • 100% bilateral deafness
  • Requires trach management, suction machine, and G-tube care (infinity pump for daytime feeds)

    Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
  • Experience: Prior work with complex medical cases preferred.
  • Specialized Skills: Proficient in managing trach, suction, and G-tube care.
  • Transportation: Must park at the student’s home and travel on the bus with the student to and from school.
