An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 care for an elementary-aged student requiring comprehensive medical support throughout the school day. This contract position offers steady weekday hours, beginning with orientation on August 24 and starting the regular schedule on August 26 through the end of the school year.
In this role, you’ll work closely with an 8-year-old student who relies on a wheelchair, ventilator with trach, and G-tube feedings. Full physical assistance is required, including support for mobility and toileting. The student is ambulatory with total assistance and is developing speech and verbal communication skills.
