Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and skilled 1:1 LPN to provide direct support to a student in Plainfield, NJ. This part-time role offers an opportunity to make a difference in a child's life within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care to a student, including medication administration, monitoring health status, and responding to health emergencies.
  • Collaborate with the special education team, teachers, and parents to ensure the student’s needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation according to state regulations.

    Qualifications:

  • Active New Jersey LPN license.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an LPN, preferably with pediatrics or within a school setting.
